VibraVM Products:

The VibraVM is a veterinary medical device which provides relief for your animal from both chronic and acute respiratory system conditions and diseases. Most respiratory issues have one or more of these three elements: mucus response, inflammation, and constriction of the airways. The mucus response results in mucus plugs and mucus covering and impeding the cilia. The inflammation which causes thickening, and constriction of the airways is a typical allergen response. Any combination of these responses may be seen in conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, COPD, pneumonia, sinusitis, emphysema, and heaves in horses.

The VibraVM is called an acoustic percussor, because it generates sound waves which will vibrate mucus and airway structures. This action causes the mucus to break up and away from the bronchial tubes, so the animal will be able to expel it. The VibraVM has several modes which will clear mucus from both the upper and lower respiratory system, and many report their animal relaxing as well. For chronic conditions, this will take a month or so to clear all the mucus, with an ongoing maintenance program afterwards. For acute conditions, such as bronchitis or pneumonia, generally 10 – 14 days of treatments VibraVM treatments are required.

One mode of the VibraVM acts as a bronchodilator that relaxes muscles in the airways opening them up for increased airflow to the respiratory system.

Generally there will be immediate visible results, especially sneezing, and improvement in the animal's breathing. By clearing the mucus, relaxing and opening the airways and increasing airflow, the VibraVM treatments give your animal the maximum blood oxygenation possible, helping it breathe easier, and feel better. Choosing a Model
We find for most owners and veterinarians VibraVM™'s simplicity makes it the best choice. The VibraVM™ has the simplicity of pre-set seven minute protocols, which as they go through their frequency range will at some time match the frequency of the mucus plugs getting them to vibrate, break up and liquefy. These auto modes along with the Massage mode give optimal treatments. After the first four to six weeks of clearing out, and you are on a maintenance schedule, you do need to observe the animal as certain times of the year or other factors may present more allergens which causes the mucus response in the lungs. For horses, particularly in hot and humid conditions you may need to increase your treatments. Choosing which auto mode to use is about all there is to it. Once on a maintenance schedule, you can never go wrong by using Low for several treatments, followed by a couple in Medium and/or a couple in High, always followed by Massage mode. The VibraVM Pro™ has more flexibility, meaning you have more choices and more decisions to make. It was developed more for the veterinarian professional in mind, due to their extensive education and experience. Some owner's like the flexibility also and we can train anyone to successfully use this model. The advantage of the Pro unit is that if you can match the frequency of the unit to the frequency of the mucus you can shorten the treatment time, or if you observe a good response you can switch to Manual to stay at that frequency again for an effective treatment in a shorter time.
